Employing over 7,000 people, the Trust cares for more than 530,000 people across North-West Birmingham operating from the City Hospital in Birmingham, Sandwell General Hospital in West Bromwich and intermediate care hubs.

Campaign Overview

HST’s executive advertising service was the perfect solution for helping the Trust to promote their Chief Nurse post via an employer branded direct recruitment advertising campaign.

The client’s campaign started with a stunning recruitment campaign site using their own unique brand, content and vacancy details that was fully optimised to work across all devices including mobile.

Again, using the client’s own unique employer branding, HST carefully designed digital artwork for advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google to generate direct applications for the client’s senior executive vacancy.

Finally, HST directly managed the entire digital advertising campaign including media planning and buying alongside filtering and screening applications on behalf of the Trust’s Chief Executive.

£19.4m

The equivalent reduction in agency spend from directly employing 420 Nurses
