Campaign Background

RCSI Hospitals Group provides a national service and a regional service to Dublin and the North East.  RCSI Hospitals is comprised of Beaumont Hospital, Cavan General Hospital, Connolly Hospital, Louth County Hospital, Monaghan Hospital, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Rotunda Hospital and RCSI (Academic Partner)

The response to Covid-19 saw restrictions imposed on every aspect of life including social, education and economic, while also placing enormous pressure on public hospitals.

HST was engaged by the RCSI Hospitals Group to manage a national recruitment advertising campaign to boost both their current nursing, midwifery and healthcare assistant vacancies, and to prepare their hospitals for future Covid-19 waves.

Campaign Overview

HST created a multi-channel recruitment advertising campaign across online, search engine and social media using the client’s own unique employer brand.

The client’s campaign started with a stunning recruitment campaign site using the client’s own content and vacancy details that was fully optimised for all devices including mobile.

Again, using the client’s own unique employer branding, HST carefully designed digital artwork for advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google to engage and attract candidate applications for the client.

Within just 7 days, the campaign website received 10,068 unique visitors and generated 1,401 qualified expressions of interest of which HST processed 918 candidates including 647 nurses.
