Campaign Overview
HST created a multi-channel recruitment advertising campaign across online, search engine and social media using the client’s own unique employer brand.
The client’s campaign started with a stunning recruitment campaign site using the client’s own content and vacancy details that was fully optimised for all devices including mobile.
Again, using the client’s own unique employer branding, HST carefully designed digital artwork for advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google to engage and attract candidate applications for the client.
Within just 7 days, the campaign website received 10,068 unique visitors and generated 1,401 qualified expressions of interest of which HST processed 918 candidates including 647 nurses.
£19.4m
The equivalent reduction in agency spend from directly employing 420 Nurses
