Campaign Background

Exemplar Health Care was established in 1999 and acquired the first of its five care homes in 2001.

Today they employ over 3,000 staff who provide high-quality specialist nursing care for adults with complex needs across 31 specialist homes in the UK.

The client planned to hold their own in-house recruitment open day to support the growth of their nursing teams in their homes in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Exemplar required a recruitment marketing partner to create and manage a digital recruitment advertising campaign to promote their Nursing Recruitment Open Day so that they could directly recruit registered nurses in Mental Health and Learning Disability.

Exemplar Health Care engaged HST to design and deliver a branded digital recruitment advertising campaign across online, search engine and social media.

The client’s campaign started with a stunning recruitment landing page using their own unique brand, content and vacancy details that was fully optimised for all devices including mobile.

Again, using the client’s own unique employer branding, HST carefully designed digital artwork for advertising across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn & Google to engage and attract candidate applications for the client’s recruitment event.

Finally, HST directly managed the entire digital advertising campaign selecting the best platforms, formats and tactics to capture the highest number of qualified candidate applications resulting in 1,266 visitors and 1,535 views to the campaign website with 26 registrations.
